Use an email address and phone number you control and can access. Using the same email as your HomePlanza Affiliate account is recommended because it is easier to recognize later, but Stripe’s contact email does not replace your HomePlanza login.
Do not choose a business type just because you work for a brokerage or another company. Select the legal person or entity that will actually receive the Affiliate commissions.
Enter your name exactly as it appears in government and tax records. Stripe may request your date of birth, home or business address, Social Security or tax ID information, and additional identity verification.
For a real payout account, use accurate information. Do not use invented test details in live Stripe onboarding.
If you have a current public website or professional page that clearly shows how you promote products or services, enter it. Do not enter a placeholder or unfinished website.
On Stripe, click “Don’t have a website? Add product description instead.” Then copy and paste this exact message:
I participate in the HomePlanza Refer & Earn affiliate program. I promote HomePlanza’s subscription-based home-maintenance planning software to real estate and home professionals. I may promote it through social media, direct outreach, professional relationships, email, and other approved channels. I earn referral commissions when qualifying customers subscribe. HomePlanza processes all customer payments.
Link the checking or savings account where you want Stripe to send payouts. Before saving, confirm the bank name and last four digits.
If you connect through Venmo or another payment app: Stripe may display that service’s partner bank instead of the bank connected behind it. If the displayed bank is unfamiliar, choose link another account and connect your intended bank directly.
Confirm your business type, professional details, personal details, and payout account. Then choose Agree and submit. Stripe will return you to HomePlanza automatically.
