Can one business login manage multiple listings?
Yes. Use My businesses in your Business Dashboard to add and manage multiple businesses or legitimate separate branches from one verified account. Each listing has its own review, public address, business hours, messages, and optional featured placement. Filter Inbox by business to keep conversations separate. For more service cities, update the existing business listing instead of creating a duplicate. Existing profiles can be linked by HomePlanza after confirming the manager’s authority.
Can homeowners save my business or message me?
Yes. Once your free listing is approved, homeowners with an active, confirmed account can save your profile to a specific home or send you a private message. Read and reply in your Business Dashboard inbox; email notifications and unread counts help you keep track.
Will my saved profile appear in homeowner emails?
When your services match the work discussed in a maintenance reminder, weather alert or My Projects guidance email, your profile can appear in the homeowner’s saved-provider section. Featured placements and recommendations from their professional remain above saved providers. Saving does not purchase featured placement.
Do I have to pay for a standard listing?
No. The standard Business Listing workflow is free. Paid Featured Placement is a separate option.
Does creating an account publish my listing immediately?
No. You can save a draft and submit it for review. HomePlanza approves the public listing before it goes live.
Do I pay when I request Featured Placement?
No. Your request tells HomePlanza what services, locations and placement types interest you. If there is a fit, you receive a specific offer to review before Stripe checkout.
What happens if I stop Featured Placement?
Your approved free listing remains separate. Ending paid placement does not automatically delete your standard business profile.
