Choose the option that matches how you plan to use the account. You can still create your own client plans either way.
Joining an existing team?
Open the HomePlanza team invitation sent to your email address and choose Accept Invitation. HomePlanza will connect that invitation to the correct email, walk you through your personal setup, and then join you to the team without requiring your own subscription.
I didn’t receive an invitation email yet
Your team owner needs to open Team in their Professional Dashboard and send an invitation to the exact email address you plan to use for HomePlanza. Ask them to resend the invitation if needed.

Create your professional card.
Only your first name is required. Add the contact details and image you want clients to see near the bottom of their maintenance and weather-alert emails.
Choose your client-plan capacity.
Your profile is saved. Choose how many new client plans you typically need. One credit is used only when a new client/home plan is successfully created and saved.
Finish joining your team.
Your personal profile is saved. You do not need to purchase a separate subscription. Accepting the invitation connects your account to the team and deposits the credits the team owner reserved for you.
A familiar connection for every client.
The complete card clients see in their dashboard. You can manage review destinations and email notification preferences from Settings → Profile & branding in your Professional Dashboard.
